烘烤篇:香喷喷的香蕉蛋糕~


今天兴致勃勃,想弄蛋糕。。。选了一个未曾成功做到最好的蛋糕--香蕉蛋糕之前的都做得不好吃。。下定决心今天一定要成功!

首先。。当然是准备材料啦!

180g 牛油
180g 幼糖
2粒鸡蛋
1小匙咖啡香精
250g 面粉
1小匙发粉
1小匙苏打粉
60g 合桃碎
8条香蕉(pisang emas)
2小匙柠檬汁
2小匙牛奶


做法:
1。将牛油与幼糖打至松白色,逐粒加入鸡蛋打至均匀。
2。加入咖啡香精打匀,加入半份面粉及合桃碎搅匀。
3。加入半份搅烂之香蕉泥,柠檬汁及牛奶。
4。最后拌入另半份之面粉及香蕉泥,搅拌均匀。
5。将搅匀的面糊倒入烘盆内,用180之火度烘至金黄色。
6。35至40分钟后取出待冷,便可切块供食。


等的当儿又是时候洗东西了。。。

成品!
yeah!任务成功!
好香好吃好味道!

翠琳!我找到一本书是教做蒸的蛋糕的!
那么我们就可以在槟城做了!
没有烘炉也不要紧了~!
